Burnaby Mountain Community Educators


To support the leadership capacity of early childhood educators and with the intent of enhancing the relationship between childcare and the Burnaby mountain community and services the project team used pedagogical narrations and the BC Early Learning Framework to promote ECE’s work in the Burnaby mountain community. By making children’s learning visible (art displays, newsletters, workshops) and collaborating with other groups and faculties on campus, they hoped to raise the profile of Early Childhood Educators in the community and build bridges between staff, students, families and educators.
