One that values the complexity of the work we do, that respects the unique gifts and rights of ALL children, and where educators are paid and treated as the professionals they are. ECEBC would like to congratulate Thompson Rivers University (TRU) for being named one of Canada’s Top 50 Research Universities for 2023 by Research Infosource. We are particularly proud of our TRU partners in the Peer Mentoring Program, which now encompasses 31 Communities of Practice spread right across BC and includes over 300 Early Childhood Educators.
