A new publication from the National Early Learning and Child Care Workforce Policy Table outlines a bold vision for the future of Canada's ELCC workforce. The paper calls for increased educator qualifications alongside the investments needed to support educators every step of the way. It presents a roadmap for strengthening the profession through clear career pathways, improved working conditions, and a long-term commitment to building a highly qualified workforce that benefits educators, children, and families. The workforce policy development committee consists of a broad range of experience comprising many CCCF affiliate members from across the country, including ECEBC.
ECEBC Responds to Pedagogy Program Cuts
