Successful applicant will help lead our team of educators with the daily running of our classroom.
This will include ,supervision, programming, preparing crafts and activities, organizing games , cleaning and general administration. This is a fun job with a great team , there are lots of opportunity for growth in the profession. We run a pre K program as well as after school care and Vacation care/summer camps- The applicant must be confident to help lead all programs and available and interested in a 8 hour work day from Monday to Friday- included in this is 10 hours of non contact hours for admin/ prep work.
Experience in a licensed center is necessary. We are looking for someone who has their ECE or ECEA and willing to obtain ECE.
We are looking for someone who loves working with children, enjoys the outdoors (and comfortable supervising outdoors ) has good time management , can work both independently and as a team and is reliable.
The successful applicant must already be living in Fernie ( or surrounding areas) or have accommodation secured.
