ECEBC's Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport (8181 Cambie Road, Richmond, BC). View the 2014 financial statements (PDF) for presentation at the AGM.

Hotel Information
If you haven’t booked your guestroom yet, please note that the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport is now full on Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1, 2015.
We have been working with the Radisson to find a hotel near the conference venue offering similar rates, and have reserved a block of rooms at the River Rock, which is on the Canada Skytrain Line providing easy access from the airport and to the Radisson. The room rate is $135, and the block cutoff date is April 10, or earlier if the room block fills up quickly.
