Are you ready to make a difference? Do you have ideas that you'd love to share or implement in a 3-5 year old classroom? We are a small unique childcare centre with a respected reputation in our community. We have been operating for almost 35 years with very little staff turnover. We have provided care for the most amazing families and have not advertised a vacant space for years. We are looking for an ECE that wants to be a part of a centre that "stands out", one that makes an impact on the community for future years.
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
Basic ECE is required but post basic would be a asset for future advancement. Also, a perfect driving record and a class 4 driver's license would also be a definite asset.
Required Experience:
Experience is great but not a must, there is room for advancement.
Salary & Benefits:
Wage will start at $22 per hour plus wage enhancement bringing wage to $28 per hour. Depending on experience, this wage could increase to $30 per hour. Standard probationary period will be waived for the candidate that performs well. Benefit package is also available.
