Gillian's Care Afterschool Program offers care to children 5 to 12 afterschool and homeschool enrichment. We also provide Preschool in the mornings. Right now i am looking for a parttime afterschool that can grow into more, if well suited to position. Our school is in a beautiful spacious rural setting, with a love for creative play, arts and nature. This position includes direct supervision, understanding and valuing the natural process of play knowing when to guide or redirect, or teach and expand on their experiences. This position includes cleaning duties, snack support and good observational skills. The program is rooted in love and Adler's theory of childs guidance, all practices are expected to reflect respectful, relationship based, and developmentally appropriate approaches to supporting childrens behavior and social emotional growth.
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
Provide and maintain certifications and documentation for employment in a licensed center.

Any amount of experience could be valuable, but the committment to learn and be open to suggestion is what is important.
Salary & Benefits:
Start up is 25.00 per hr. with the top up wage bringing it to 31.00 per hr. with a yearly increase.
