Join us in creating an ECE Culture of Leadership
When we started the Leadership journey, we never anticipated how important and valuable this initiative would be for the organization and for the Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector itself. After five cohorts of Leadership Participants, including 108 individuals and 34 Communities of Innovation projects, the objectives and goals have all been met and have gone above the original intent. ECEBC is committed to extend the Leadership initiative into the broader ECE community throughout BC.
Phase 2 of the initiative will focus on extending our learning from our first five cohorts out to the broader community.
To begin with this next stage, ECEBC is pleased to announce a special pre-conference day devoted to supporting and sustain the development of leadership in ECE.
